Defensive Strategy: Make a half-assed effort for a yard or two, then stop.

Result: Touchdown.

Official Ruling: Entirely preventable.

Degree of Difficulty: Ehh, he hustled a bit.

If the tight end has enough open field to get a 250-pound body up to speed, your defensive backs are no longer defending. They are watching a touchdown develop from a respectful distance.
